Five to seven years of IT-related work experience; preferably in higher education

Job Concepts:
This position will be housed at the NWLTC- Minden Campus but will spend some time at every campus within the Northwest Louisiana Technical College.
Examples of Work:
The Director of Information Technology Services is responsible for the overall management of the IT infrastructure at the Minden Campus. Additionally, this position, working closely with the Campus Deans, is responsible for strategic development and leadership over IT-related infrastructure and delivery services college wide. This position will identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions associated with college wide IT infrastructure and delivery services. This person also defines and implements college IT policies in collaboration with LCTCS and Board of Regents policies.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
